The staff was incredibly hospitable, particularly Ms. Donna Marie, who made us feel like family. The shuttle service was a lifesaver, making it easy to explore local attractions.

Unfortunately, the pillows were flat and uncomfortable. Additionally, there were delays with the shuttle communication, leading to unnecessary waiting time.

We had a lovely time at this hotel with the kids. The spacious suite was just perfect for our family, and the breakfast was a hit with everyone. The kids loved visiting the Baltimore Inner Harbor, and the staff treated us like family, just as Marsha did on my last visit.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We stayed in a Queen Studio with two queen beds. The hotel was a perfect spot to visit the Baltimore Inner Harbor and grab some food at Timbers. Breakfast was decent, and make sure to enjoy the clean indoor pool!

We did encounter a minor issue when the shower head in our room needed fixing. It got resolved quickly by the friendly maintenance staff, but it was a little annoying at first.

This place was a great fit for a little getaway in Hanover with extraordinarily good value for money. The water pressure in the shower was some of the best I've experienced, which made for a refreshing start to my day. Don’t forget to bring your favorite streaming device to connect to the TV.

Breakfast options lacked sufficient variety, particularly for vegetarians. I found only basic items like muffins and cheese amidst a spread dominated by meat products. Additionally, the shuttle service experience fell short, as it was late in picking me up, resulting in a frustrating 15-20 minute delay for my flight due to miscommunication that left me staring at an unresponsive front desk.
